I’m a practical problem solver who enjoys a good process and appreciates clarity and simplicity. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked across analytics and BI and I\'ve specialised in helping people make sense of data and use it to drive better decisions.Right now, I lead the analytics function at Central Co-op as part of a wider Data & Analytics department. My focus here has been on supporting growth whilst building trust in our numbers and creating space for more informed conversations. I enjoy watching my team members grow in confidence and reach their full potential. I\'m committed to grow as a leader who brings out the best in others, and I\'m learning new things every day.I\'m curious about AI and how it will continue to shape not only the data industry, but society overall.
