Our learning programmes include:• Software Development• ICT• Cyber Security• Leadership & Management• Project Management• Data Analyst• Business AnalystKey responsibilities:• Owning and developing complex, end to end, strategic solutions for high value customers.• Proactively seeking to grow product footprint by identifying and liaising with key stakeholders/decision makers from a mix of new & existing customers via social media, telephone, email, etc.• Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, particularly within technology space, to understand and deliver against apprenticeship & recruitment targets.• Planning and delivering engagement campaigns within client organisations to promote and sell technical and leadership apprenticeships as a means of growing new talent and upskilling existing staff.• Continuous development of tech talent recruitment strategy. • Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to deliver customer requirements and key performance metrics.• Inputting, analysing, and interpreting all relevant sales management information to prioritise incoming workload and qualify sales opportunities.• Creating and presenting quarterly business plans focusing on business growth and retention.• Use of relevant data housed in Microsoft Dynamics to fully report on sales activity.• Building territory plan each quarter to maximise on opportunity.• Stakeholder management from building initial rapport, to establishing relationships with decision makers who have purchasing authority.
