I\'m an Industrial Technologies Engineer passionate about driving digital transformation projects that help organizations streamline their processes and create better products. I thrive on building relationships with clients and acting as the bridge between technical and business teams, putting customers at the center of everything I do. Currently, I work as a Regional Director for a SaaS company in Toronto, where I have developed a new market and scaled it up to go from $0 to $1M in revenue in 2 years. I am responsible for developing and implementing the company\'s strategy in Spanish-speaking regions, managing resources, engaging with clients and ensuring their retention, overseeing high-profile projects, and defining product enhancements and new features to better serve the market. Prior to this role, I served as the Manager of Digital Transformation, managing the entire lifecycle of 50+ clients around the world, from analyzing and optimizing their business processes to designing solutions and leading implementation projects.I have enjoyed a variety of responsibilities throughout my career in technical project management, product management, operations, technical sales, and strategy, and this is what I\'ve learned about myself:• I forge strong connections with clients because I am genuine, honest, and dependable.• I take pride in being a team player who\'s always ready to lend a helping hand to get the job done.• While I am self-motivated and independent, I value face-to-face interactions to foster collaboration in the workplace.• Although I have a strong intuition, I am very analytical and I prefer to rely on data when making decisions.• I am constantly learning because I am curious and I never settle.
