The Women\'s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is a women-led student society dedicated to organising events and workshops based on our three pillars: Connection, Advocacy and Professional Development. These have a focus on, but are not limited to, women\'s global issues. The broader purpose of WLI is to broaden horizons of understanding regarding global women\'s realities, encourage discussion from diverse perspectives and bring the JCU student body together in compassionate, mutual curiosity.
