Beside creating a safe place for students to practice the theoretical knowledge acquired in university, we mentor them in becoming great employees and specialists. • Product Centricity community initiator. Together with my product colleagues we created a space where everyone can contribute with their knowledge, ideas, innovative perspective so that we can help our development teams to achieve more by creating greater products faster and better, and delighting our customers. Cultivate a cohesive community that aligns with the overall Centric goals, we support our product people in their professional journey and continuous learning, sharing information, practices and tools. I\'m an IT professional with a solid background in agile, business analysis, project management and more than 8 years of experience in IT field. I enjoy generating creative solutions, working hand-in-hand with development team and users to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect business needs and are technologically achievable. Acting as the liaison between product, IT and client, I\'ve learned the importance of communication, strategic thinking and risk mitigation. Because I\'m a strong believer that sharing is caring, I put my passions and skills in mentoring and supporting people in their career choices.
