ABOUT CRISTINA VILLANUEVA
Mrs. Villanueva is the Chief Operating Officer of a national tech startup called Negozee, Inc. She pursued a Business Administration degree from UW-Milwaukee. Mrs. Villanueva started her own business, Ambas Financial Services, LLC, in 2017, which serves the Latino market in Wisconsin. Mrs. Villanueva was honored by the Milwaukee Business Journal with a 40 Under 40 Recognition in 2020. In October 2022, she received recognition from Madison 365, which elected her to be part of the list of the 46 Most Influential Latino Leaders in Wisconsin. Mrs. Villanueva led the conversations with the Mexican Consulate of Milwaukee to sign an agreement in creating a Financial Advisory Window, which provides financial literacy and empowers minority generational wealth. Mrs. Villanueva’s main focus is to support undocumented immigrants, strengthen small Latino-owned businesses, and inform both college students and parents on the importance of financial aid through scholarship seminars and storytelling.
