Responsible for Bi-weekly Multi-State payroll for up to 425 employees using ADP Workforce Now. Supervises the Time and Attendance Administrator. Also assists with recruitment, scheduling, development, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Process Garnishments, Levies, and Child Support orders while ensuring compliance with State and Federal law. Prepares, updates and maintains company-wide payroll policies and procedures. Provide support to Accounting Department, including special reports and data, when required. Reviews, records, and processes Stock Options and Restricted Stock. Ensures employee Relocation Expenses are properly approved, tracked and documented. Complete unemployment applications and various state taxing notifications. Handles special projects and any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
