In my position, I help educators create inclusive, engaging, and technology-enhanced learning experiences across in-person, online, and HyFlex environments. I work closely with faculty, administrators, and academic teams to design high-impact courses, integrate educational technologies, and strengthen teaching practices that improve learner outcomes.My work focuses on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Open Educational Resources (OER), digital innovation, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. Through hands-on consultation, professional development, and collaborative project work, I support educators in adopting practical, ethical, and effective teaching strategies that enhance accessibility, engagement, and digital fluency.I also collaborate with IT and institutional partners to implement and support educational technology solutions, contribute to curriculum and program development, and lead initiatives aligned with strategic priorities such as Indigenization of Curriculum and future-focused learning innovation. I’m driven by a commitment to continuous learning and building learning environments that empower educators and prepare students for success.
