ABOUT CRISTINA PORTUONDO

Cristina Portuondo was born and raised in South Florida. A Miami Native with a passion for the cities diverse and unique culture. Cristina’s attained reputation for building lasting relationships by providing top notch service, a focus which she has drawn from her past endeavors in the hospitality industry for over a decade. Prior to joining, she ran her own small business. Her experience as a small business owner taught her discipline, resilience, and unshakable work ethic. Leveraging her extensive, network and mastery of the cities most desirable neighborhoods, restaurants, and nightlife, Cristina now serves as an invaluable resource to a diversified set of buyers, sellers, and investors across Miami Florida. Cristina understands what its like to stand in her clients shoes. Relocating several times - buying and selling homes of her own - has afforded her the sensitivity towards her clients journey which can be attributed to her first hand experience. When she’s not in the office or with clients, Cristina likes to stay fit and focused on self improvement. Listening to podcast, weight training, and always learning something new about real estate and investments to stay sharp for her clients.
