Plan and execute a program of 120 Labs (workshop-like events for 10-50 people); 110 of which take place during Chicago Ideas Week (a week-long conference) and 10 of which take place year-round-Responsible for programming/booking all Labs from inception to complete delivery (goal setting, coordination, event execution and evaluation.)-Book a diverse program of Chicago partners to host Labs, from start-ups, to reputable corporations, to nonprofit organizations and local artists, entrepreneurs, and community leaders-Lead a support team in all marketing, ticketing, staffing, and logistical efforts-Developed an internship program to support the greater Chicago Ideas team and provide an educational experience for students-Hire 2-8 interns per season from colleges, universities and Chicago high school youth programs.
