As the Marketing Producer of Global R&D\'s Learn.Grow.Inspire.(LGI) program, I plan our calendar of monthly webcasts that drive key initiatives for Teva - from professional development workshops, to organizational overviews, to panel discussions. I regularly communicate with an audience of 5K+ international colleagues and seek and implement feedback from a smaller cohort of \"Learning Leaders.\" When I\'m not coordinating LGI programming, I am co-leading our West Chester summer intern program, coordinating STEM student visits, supporting compliance training design and development, or preparing communications for our annual R&D Science Summit.
