I am the CEO of LHM, one of the leading Italian third-party Hotel Management companies founded in 2004 as a spin-off of an Italian Real Estate Company. Today, we provide our clients (Hotel Owners, Developers and clearly Guests) a professional support and care in Hotel Management of Hotels, Resort and Mixed-use Developments and additionally providing Consultancy for start-ups. A unique aspect of the company is the long-term know-how in managing mixed-use Hotels, being LHM the most reliable and recognized partner in Italy for Condo-Hotels / Mixed-used Hotels. In 2015, I founded LHM Food to manage the F&B aspects within the hotels, in order to better exploit our core skills and develop a new approach of Food and Beverage within Hotel Industry

In the next few years, the goal is to manage rooms in key Italian cities, including Milan (where it is already present with the Ramada Plaza Milan hotel), Verona, Trieste, and Rome.Before joining the hotel management world, I worked as Management Consultant to companies such as Chicco Artsana, Banca Agricola Mantovana Bank Group (during the merger with MPS), Verona Fiere, DHL, Enichem, Lycos, and Regione Lombardia, among others.I was nominated by Forbes as one of the 100 successful Italian women of 2020.My greatest passions? Basketball that I admire for the team spirit and contemporary art that allows you to see the world from a different perspective.
