Active collaboration with supported Functions and Divisions, guiding them through HR processes, partnering in a prompt, strategic and effective way both on day-by-day activities and on implementation of more complex organizational projects\\\\n- Deployment of Corporate HR Strategies at local level\\\\n- Owner of Engagement and Development plans at local level\\\\n- Management of Public Funding Processes for training purpose.\\\\n- Relationship management with Fondirigenti, Quas, Fondimpresa and Ebit.\\\\n- Collaboration with European Talent Management Team to ensure all employee education and development needs are met.\\\\n- Responsible for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at local level\\\\n- Collaboration with Compenstion & Benefits team to ensure alignement at local level of Corporate guidelines.\\\\n- Ensure pan-Europe support of consistency relating to policies, practices, and procedures.\\\\n- Partner with Franchise leaders on strategic employee issues, team structure, and general leadership development.\\\\n- Change management (culture, structure, etc.).\\\\n- Support to European Talent Acquisition Team on local challenges.\\\\n- Support on Labour Law matters.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
