ABOUT CRISTINA GARZELLI
I have 15+ years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety and Quality. Thorough and current knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable regulations and laws, being responsible for sustainability. Ability to create and execute a budget. After 10 years in a technical position, I started my studies again to develop as a person and to focus on people and environment: it is our responsibility to protect our planet, encourage employee engagement on environment, safety, wellbeing, and business ethics.I have a master degree in aeronautical engineering and master degree in occupational psychology and organizational well-being.I enjoy working in an international context, hearing new perspectives. I educate and drive myself to be a better person, constantly learning, staying calm when faced with adversity. I am a data driven person, when making high-quality decisions even if I have a good gut instinct. Customers are at the center of all I do. I lead a team of 20 great people, growing with them by sharing successes and learning from failures.I am passionate about tennis: I play, and I see it as much as I can. I love travelling and explore new places. When I need to take a break, there is nothing better for me than a good mystery book or a walk in the forest (tree hug meditation has incredible benefits!). Practicing mindfulness is my way to reduce stress and stay focused.
