Responsible for the entire recruiting process up to the selection of the final candidates.• Proactively advising managers and first point of contact for applicants and personnel consultants on all aspects of recruiting.• Managing the advertising process, including the creation of target group-specific job advertisements (internal/external), publish these in selected online media and, if the department has a special need, taking over the active sourcing of applicants.• Face to the outside world for the target group and building real relationships and a resilient network.• Responsible for applicant management and the (pre-)selection process and ensuring an optimal\"candidate experience\" through appreciation and transparent communication.• Conducting and moderating job interviews at all hierarchical levels in German and English.• Collaboration with the German workers council • Taking on higher-level projects in the recruiting environment and driving them forward in a goal-oriented manner.
