Provide patients with varying mental health needs and diagnoses with weekly individual psychotherapy and group therapy sessions through a CBT-based and trauma focused approach* Conduct multiple weekly intake assessments through use of evidence based tools such as the psychosocial assessment and mental status exam and complete treatment plans accordingly or when yearly updates are needed* Manage chart reviews for active patients to ensure accurate information is listed and patients were getting the services they requested and needed* Collaborate with different specialized clinics throughout the campus to make referrals and upkeep effective communication to ensure patient well-being and quality care* Attend weekly meetings with supervisors and directors of the clinic to address problem areas and room for improvement throughout the hospital’s different sectors* Contact community based and external organizations to set up seminars and trainings for the entire hospital staff, within areas such as disability services and other resources to ensure staff qualification and to boost accessibility* Connect clients with external resources and community based organizations * Facilitate research revolving the hospital’s efficacy towards therapy outreach to identify ways to ensure patient access to care and further barriers to eliminate for patient accessibility, while also identifying ways to diminish the waitlist for therapeutic services
