Manage daily operations that support and implement our current program objectives- Assess and manage program risks and decisions- Work with OEO staff to develop innovative plans and processes to improve program functions and connection to our communities and survivors- Ensure that program operations and activities always support and advance the organization’s mission, are in alignment with funding requirements, and are consistent with legal guidelines and internal policies- Prepare and maintain budgets- Support grant writing for the program’s projects and positions and manage funder relationships- Oversee/Perform annual performance evaluations for the program; outside of annual reviews, monitor performance regularly and suggest improvements- Supervise OEO staff, provide feedback, support, opportunities for professional development, and space to problem solve- Attend/participate in coalitions, caucuses, roundtables, etc. as appropriate- Direct service coverage, including rotating after-hours back up
