Since my start in the music industry 20 years ago, I’ve managed multiple box offices simultaneously and meticulously handled the ticketing for thousands of concert events ranging from 500 capacity rooms to capacity arenas. I’m incredibly passionate about what I do and am consistently driven to not only excel in this field but to also teach others what I’ve learned. I’m proficient in several ticketing systems including AXS, Ticketmaster, TicketWeb, E-Tix, DICE, SeeTickets, Ticketfly, Eventbrite, & TicketLeap.
