ABOUT CRISTINA BAVIFARD
I have worked for a Swiss multinational investment bank (UBS), British non-profit (Mountbatten), and German multinational conglomerate (Siemens). For the past 11 years, I have applied process improvement methodologies at a global immigration law firm (Fragomen) to review, analyze, and redesign processes. In parallel, I have trained stakeholders to recognize value-add activities and eliminate wasteful steps, instead of defaulting to “we’ve always done it this way.” I am currently a Process Director and have spent most of my time at Fragomen in the Process Organization, but I also worked directly for Chief Technology Officer for a few years and the insights into the technology space have been invaluable. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative and love problem-solving. I understand how to optimize processes with the bigger picture in mind. I have strong interpersonal skills, as I regularly engage with internal departments and across all levels.
