Over the last 20 years of experience I learned that working with people, for people, is one of the most difficult but also rewarding job regardless of the industry. Working with people is an opportunity to learn and develop skills and competences one never knew can have and, for me, it was and still is one of the best jobs anyone can have. Building two service centres from scratch means discipline, processes and procedures creation and implementation, database management, but also active listening and assertiveness. I learned that it\'s the people who build a business not the other way around.
