In my role as a Human Capital Management Consultant for ADP, I partner with midsize businesses of 50 to 150 employees to find game-changing solutions for their business process challenges. My background of 1 year in the industry has provided me with important insight and experience in helping companies in a number of industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and more. Most people think of ADP as “that payroll company,” but since our inception 65 years ago, we are so much more!
