I am deeply committed to health equity and ensuring primary health care access for all. This passion has driven my work across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, where I have dedicated myself to increasing patient access to high-quality care and affordable medications.With a proven track record in generating revenue through new and optimized service lines, I enable organizations to provide more care to more patients. My expertise spans physician engagement, community relations, health center advocacy, and strategic growth, where I am known for seizing opportunities that maximize operational efficiency, exceed growth forecasts, and enhance financial performance.I am a strong believer in team development and investing in our leaders. Although this is a component of succession planning, the true value lies in mentoring and coaching staff, which elevates the entire team and brings me immense joy. I have also coached up and across, facilitating understanding of complex pharmacy operations and the 340B program amongst fellow executives.I have successfully assisted covered entities in opening new pharmacies and conducted evaluations of existing ones, optimizing utilization and workflows to maximize savings. Whether in my role or as a consultant, my focus remains on improving patient outcomes and ensuring equitable access to essential health services.In my time as the Vice President of Pharmacy Services at CommUnityCare Health Centers, our pharmacy department has flourished under a transformation from a $1 million endeavor to an $80 million cornerstone, demonstrating our commitment to accessible healthcare and patient outcomes. Our efforts have significantly impacted the lives of those in Travis County, touching over individuals through an extensive network of services.
