We have employees, 65 acute care hospitals, and approximately 450 outpatient centers (including ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)) all across the country. In this role I have overall responsibility for talent acquisition strategy providing executive search execution and counsel to ensure USPI and Tenet have the best talent available. I primarily partner with our Market Presidents and our Chief Development Officer to attract top-notch leaders who will drive revenue and run operations for our ASCs.
