Create and manage the energy markets team, working across origination of PPAs/power offtakes, quantitative and market analysis in the countries of operation of CCE• Responsible for steering CCE towards an IPP business model, focusing on the marketing of power from own assets with a target of 2GW of operating portfolio across PV and BESS• Responsible for origination, negotiation and closure of offtake agreements, creation of internal power market modelling and view, as well as analysis of regulation and market trends impacting CCE • Responsible for the definition of power marketing and hedging strategies with the aim to manage merchant volumes and price risk exposure in line with an IPP business model• Responsible for the definition of in-house dispatching approach for BESS and BESS revenue forecast in order to have own capabilities for BESS optimization • Assessment of asset purchases based on asset analysis (financial modelling) and offtake analysis to determine possible future profitability of the plants• Sourcing of investors in company assets with the aim of finding strategic long-term partners, structuring of JV partnership and key commercial terms• Evaluation of entries in new markets in terms of power market risks and offtake possibilities, as well as current and future local power market dynamics and regulatory challenges
