At Nanalysis and K’(Prime), I manage the day-to-day operations across our locations, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.I coordinate vendors, facilities, and access, handle business licenses and regulatory requirements (including airports), and manage our corporate insurance programs with brokers. I also support recruiting and onboarding, oversee fleet, credit cards, and vendor accounts, and work closely with accounting on invoices and cost tracking.A big part of my role is bringing structure and improving processes so the business stays organized, compliant, and efficient.
