Main results:• Board Data Management system implementation with Bios Management.• Acquisition evaluation of a French company (30 Mln € turnover) using DCF methodology and Ebitda multiples.• Colombia: Business trip to Bogotá and Sibaté with Latam CEO, visiting customers and suppliers for business improvements, and planned VAT credit management strategy with the Colombian fiscal authority.• Brasil: Business trip to São Paulo, Itupeva, Morungaba, collaborating with Latam CEO on a restructuring plan, through cash flow analysis, site visits, and customer meetings.• Mexico: internal audit analysis and evaluation of new business opportunities.
