As a Structuring Associate @ ARECneprix (illimity Bank Group), I evaluate new potential investments and maintain contact with investors.My role is centered on different responsibilities, including- Underwriting and Due Diligence of portfolios composed by real estate assets, performing, sub-performing (Stage 2/UtP), and non-performing loans (NPLs)- Structuring and execution of multi-tranche Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and investment funds- Investor relations and communication throughout the investment lifecycle.Prior to this, I garnered invaluable experience as a Financial Analyst @ TeamSystem, where I honed my skills and laid the foundation for my current position.Armed with a Master\'s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Milan-Bicocca, my expertise extends to statistical, economic, and financial realms.Beyond my day-to-day responsibilities, I specialize in crafting detailed business plans and financial models. My proficiency further extends to evaluating MBCS, CMBS, Real Estate, and Claims, utilizing metrics such as IRR, EM, and comparables with the aim of assessing the assets in order to make the investment.My professional role allows me to blend analytical skills with strategic thinking.I am a highly determined and ambitious individual, consistently delivering optimal results.
