Passionate and experienced professional with a robust background in plastic engineering and the automotive industry. My journey began in the technical heart of injection molding, where I was often the sole woman on the production floor, overseeing machinery and tooling. This unique experience was instrumental in shaping my career, leading me into the realm of Research and Development.Over the years, I have successfully launched around 300 parts and tools, including headlamps, instrument panels, consoles, and various other components with intricate specifications such as painted finishes, leather, chrome, and fabric bezels. Each project was completed within tight deadlines, on limited budgets, and met stringent quality standards.With a strong foundation in project management, I have coordinated efforts across multiple countries, serving as the primary interface for both technical and commercial client interactions. My expertise extends to collaborating with customers, suppliers and toolmakers all around the world.Since 2015, I have been based in France, continuing to leverage my extensive experience gained from my early career in Brazil.
