Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations across the company, working with employees and managers to resolve conflicts, navigate sensitive situations, and foster a positive and equitable employee experience- Coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure consistency in how we lead, support, and grow our teams- Advise on a wide range of employee questions, policies, and concerns with empathy and professionalism- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to employee engagement- Assist with day-to-day People Operations work as needed, including onboarding and offboarding support, reporting, recruiting, and benefits administration- Partner with the Legal and People teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies- Use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to proactively address issues- Help shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability.
