His journey began in the asset protection/loss prevention field, where he garnered 11 years of invaluable experience representing some of the nation\'s leading retail companies.During his tenure, Cristian\'s primary responsibility involved safeguarding the assets of these companies. He excelled at coordinating asset protection functions and conducting thorough internal and external investigations to mitigate risks and losses.Drawing from his extensive background, Cristian seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry as a licensed real estate Broker and Entrepreneur.    I help protect retail operations across the USA and Canada by managing both ecommerce fraud prevention and physical security systems.In ecommerce, I review online transactions to detect and prevent fraud, manage chargebacks, and oversee third-party vendors to ensure effective fraud prevention systems. I work closely with IT, Operations, Ecommerce, Legal, and Accounting teams to improve processes, strengthen payment security, and ensure a smooth, secure experience for customers.On the physical security side, I collaborate with Design, Construction, and Project Management teams to design and implement CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarm systems for stores. I manage vendor selection, system design, and installation, while programming and troubleshooting equipment to maintain reliable protection.By combining expertise in fraud prevention, vendor management, and physical security, I provide a comprehensive approach to risk management, asset protection, and business continuity, supporting safe and efficient operations across retail locations.
