Hello! I am a soon to graduate Business Administration student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo concentrating in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Real Property and Development. I am especially interested in the development side of real estate because it brings together my strength in building relationships with my passion for financial analysis.The two pillars that guide my career are building strong relationships and delivering results.Sales, Communication, and Leadership:I got introduced to the people side of business early on as part of the management team at my first job. Since then I have continued to grow those skills by taking on new opportunities throughout my career. My undergraduate experience has shown me just how essential relationship building is in any area of business. I have strengthened that skill in my sales roles by building strong relationships with customers and clients and consistently delivering results.Attention to Detail: Financial Analysis and UnderwritingThrough my coursework and hands on experience, I have developed a strong foundation in financial analysis with a focus on real estate. I have built and underwritten detailed pro formas and financial models, and I take pride in being able to look at a model and clearly tell the story behind the numbers.
