Ennov is an independent software vendor (ISV) specialized in regulated content management for Life Science companies. My role is to ensure the delivery of RTSM Services and products to clients, within expected timelines and budget, with quality, including resource planning and management.Duties:• Develop and manage client success plan(s) for a range of complex portfolio of accounts that results in high client satisfaction and low.• Utilize client data to find proactive insights about their current satisfaction and future trajectory.• Ensure resolution of client issues through internal advocacy, developing and coordinating cross-functional actions, and supplying regular updates for transparency• Proactively raise awareness of future technology enhancements to maximize each clients’ existing investments• Lead the development, measurement, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators across multiple solutions and service lines.• Advocate on behalf of the Client Success organization, internally and externally, to show value Relationship Management• Identifies the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups.• Translates communications / stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.• Builds deep long term and trusting relationships.• Provides informed feedback to assess and promote understanding.• Captures and disseminates technical and business information.• Builds long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).• Establish relationships and consistent touchpoints with key customer stakeholders.• Maintain an effective account governance process in collaboration with numerous and varied key stakeholders internally and externally.
