As Director of HR and Organizational Effectiveness, I partner with faculty, staff, and leadership to design and implement initiatives that deliver on the University’s strategic priorities and strengthen the employee value proposition. I serve as a bridge between the institution’s mission, vision, and strategic pillars and the culture, talent, and capabilities required to achieve them. In this role, I lead HR strategy across organizational effectiveness and workforce planning, compensation and benefits design, recruitment and employer branding, performance management and leadership development, employee engagement and change management, and employee relations. My focus is on building an agile workforce, enhancing the University’s reputation as an employer of choice, and fostering a values-driven culture where employees can thrive. Skilled in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, change leadership, and multilingual communication, I bring the ability to connect across functions and cultures to deliver people solutions that strengthen both engagement and organizational success.
