Construction/start up side of controls. Work closely with electricians to make sure control wirings and runs are done accordingly. Retrofit unit’s with up to date controllers. In charge of managing project schedule as well as project budget. Install and test programs to operate HVAC related units on the Building’s BMS system. Complete point to point checks for initial start up of units. Install controls to operate and maintain variable air volume systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and security and access control. Responsible for readings mechanical drawings, sequence of operations, date sheets and wire diagrams. ​Create graphics on BMS to effectively and accurately represent the activity in the field Add and connect necessary modules, wires and networks to make third party devices visable on BMS front end
