Design custom interactive response technology (IRT) software for patient treatment and drug supply chain management to meet client business and study requirements based on the clinical protocol, Suvoda work order, and external specification review meetings- Main point of contact for all internal and external IRT design-related questions throughout the software development process- Lead external client reviews of the IRT design specifications and supporting documents, implement any required updates, and obtain both client and internal design approval within the established timelines- Manage the design of data transfer integrations between the IRT and other eClinical software systems- Lead client user acceptance testing (UAT) of the IRT system, track any additional functional requests, and coordinate with the project manager to determine timelines for applicable system updates- Lead the re-design and implementation of IRT system features as needed during the study maintenance phase- Attend study-wide investigator meetings and conduct end-user training sessions- Assist with training new staff members on the products and processes of Suvoda.
