In this role, I was promoted to lead the enterprise architecture and data strategy for one of our largest global clients, CEMEX. My primary mandate was to serve as the key technical advisor to their C-suite, helping them navigate complex data challenges and align their technology investments with core business goals.My focus has been on moving from legacy systems to modern, integrated platforms that provide a single source of truth and enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise: • : I designed the end-to-end architecture to improve data traceability and create scalable integration patterns between their core Applications and a modern cloud analytics platform. • : I led the initiative to build their first formal Data Office from the ground up. This involved defining the entire operating model, including governance frameworks, team workflows using Jira, and the selection of the core technology stack. • & : I directed a global, cross-functional team of 50+ architects and engineers, managing a budget of over $3M to execute critical components of the enterprise technology strategy.
