I collaborate with the plant leadership team on talent acquisition, employee development programs, training, education, safety, professional behavior, as well as handling the daily needs of employees. My SHRM - SCP certification is current. I am a 3 time graduate of Tiffin University. I am very passionate about my career and working in the HR profession.
