With over 13 years of combined experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Clinical Research, I bring a strong foundation in relationship building, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.My career began in Sales and Customer Service, where I spent 7+ years developing communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills that continue to serve me in the clinical research field. For the past 6 years, I have worked across multiple therapeutic areas including cardiovascular, oncology, rare disease, and general medicine gaining extensive hands on experience in study management and site engagement.My dedication to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement led me to my current role as a Local Trial Manager (LTM) at Amgen Pharmaceuticals, where I have successfully supported hematology oncology studies for the past three years.In addition to my project management responsibilities, I actively contribute to departmental initiatives through the LTM Forum, where I help promote role clarity, streamline processes, and provide resources to enhance team performance.I’m passionate about improving clinical trial efficiency, strengthening site partnerships, and advancing therapies that make a real difference in patients’ lives.
