I proficiently designed, developed, and implemented a web-based RFP and contract system that incorporated all phases of the procurement process and reduced 75% in RFP processing time and 40% in operational costs for each transaction. I slashed overall overhead by 25% and boosted transactions by 30%. Implement internal price models for deregulated electric and gas markets in North America.
