   I skillfully direct a team supporting six offices over three departments, with 8 direct reports and multiple indirect reports for a leading global Advisor of natural gas, energy, fuel oil, and ancillary services procurement and risk management, covering the North American and European territories. I efficiently rebuilt and guided the pricing and sourcing group for extended performance and implementing profit-oriented strategies to achieve company goals, research and deploy sophisticated RFP and contract tracking processes to allow data analysis by region, office, commodity, and product type to ensure accurate reporting. I successfully constructed methodologies to streamline and increase yield in new-market entry analytics, understand and enforce regulations, evaluate suppliers, and process recommendations for improving risk management, position management, and company-wide operations. I proficiently designed, developed, and implemented a web-based RFP and contract system that incorporated all phases of the procurement process and reduced 75% in RFP processing time and 40% in operational costs for each transaction.
