   As Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, I launched a project management certified organization delivering an average of $2M in annual revenues at a 28% net margin and have achieved these results with zero external equity or bank funding.Some of my most notable accomplishments have been:REVENUE DIVERSIFICATION / NEW MARKET ENTRY Rapidly built robust customer base, transforming company from organization heavily dependent on 1 large customer (accounting for 80% of revenues in 2012) to well diversified firm with 120 client accounts (45 of which generate recurring annual revenue streams). Spearheaded strategic pivot from initial focus on customers within retail sector to enter PMO manufacturing, distribution, and trucking market segments to better leverage Nationwide’s ability to execute highly customized client engagements. Launched contract PMO offering to external customers.PROCESS OPTIMIZATION / TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Created extremely efficient processes and workflows, enabling Project Mangers to perform work at a higher standard and consistent results.
