I focus on improving how systems support the people and teams who rely on them. My background is in global operations, risk, and mission-driven work — helping organizations navigate complexity and strengthen how they operate.As VP of Global Operations at Vital Strategies, I oversee procurement, travel, international offices, crisis and risk management, insurance, and safety and security across more than 70 countries. Like many global organizations, we’re continuously working to strengthen the systems we rely on. My role focuses on supporting that process by identifying opportunities, building alignment, and helping operational work become more integrated and responsive over time.I also serve as a Board Advisor to Oceanito, a startup developing modular AI tools for nonprofits. I advise on how nonprofit teams operate, what gets in the way of adoption, and how to design tools that are genuinely useful within the constraints many mission-driven organizations face.In addition to my professional roles, I volunteer with Hostage US, supporting families affected by wrongful detention or hostage-taking. That work reminds me how much clarity and care matter when navigating uncertainty.I’ve worked in complex environments around the world and bring that lens to how I think about systems, scale, and sustainability. My goal is always to help teams work more effectively so they can focus on what matters most.
