I am the main point of contact for all USA Admin offices, overseeing daily operations at all sites. Additionally, I offer administrative and financial support to the Corporate Real Estate team, aiding in CAPEX project work across multiple offices. I handle space planning and updates to AUTOCAD floor plans. Furthermore, I help maintain the department budget sheet and project tracker, raise purchase orders, and follow up with vendors. Acting as a liaison between internal customers, subtenants/landlords, I ensure prompt issue resolution. I manage supplier contracts and conduct monthly account review meetings for all sites. Additionally, I oversee evacuation plans and drills with landlords and/or authorities and represent the team on applicable Health & Safety Committees.
