In Phase 2, my team created L0 flows recognized by the CTO during a global town hall and developed a PowerApps portal to standardize terminology across the company, streamlining business term management- Multinational Investment Bank: Spearheaded strategic efforts across 50 initiatives, creating a custom Excel tool that guided funding decisions by aligning business priorities with IT cost structures. I mapped over 650 applications, laying the groundwork for investment strategy discussions, and implemented an advanced JIRA framework for System Integration Testing (SIT), closing test cases and improving project analytics- Accenture Initiatives: Promoted from Analyst to Senior Analyst within my first year, I led a design thinking workshop that was key in launching Microsoft Viva Topics. I also developed a PowerApps application as part of Viva Topics, used as a feature and feedback request portal.
