Coordinate with Los Angeles Unified School District executive leadership to develop and deliver dynamic training, guidance, support district departments and school leaders overseeing Targeted Student Population (TSP) plans, programs funded by Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) and LAUSD’s Strategic Plan to ensure alignment and reporting of LAUSD and its’ 51 Affiliated Charter Schools’ (ACS) Local Control and Accountability Plans (LCAPs). Authentically engage about LAUSD’s LCAP to parents, students, staff and community members in partnership with schools, Regions and District level leadership and staff. Lead direct support for the 51 ACS with their LCAP development through tactical and thoughtful planning and execution. Contribute to other District initiatives, ensuring consistency and transparency in messaging and planning across all levels.
