A core responsibility is to provide business architecture leadership and oversight, leading efforts to continuously drive a focus on enterprise priorities and to facilitate, enable, and guide the realization of the organization’s business and IT strategy.In addition to the above, this role is accountable for leading, setting direction, overall performance and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the following areas:• Enterprise Portfolio Management – Focuses on helping organization reach its overarching business goals through delivery of the right initiatives at the right time based upon our enterprise roadmaps and direction. This includes aligning the work through the selection, prioritization, and the overall coordination of the organization\'s programs and opportunities, in line with the enterprise’s strategic objectives.• Enterprise Architecture - Providing the blueprint of the current state of the organization, helping to identify the specific areas most affected by change - change in the technology, change in the enterprise, and change in the industry - and facilitating the creation of future state blueprints to guide directional initiatives. This group also guides, facilitates and governs the creation and lifecycle management for all technology standards, and including management for discovery initiatives related to enterprise innovation.• Enterprise Methodology - Responsible for the overall design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement for solution delivery methods across the enterprise. This group continues to push Lean Thinking across the enterprise within our tooling and processes, supplies metrics across our delivery process, and ensures alignment of requirements to detailed features & use cases.
