I am excited to share some incredible news that wouldn\'t have been possible without LinkedIn! A few months ago, I started hosting free weekly Disability Confident Workshops on LinkedIn.I did this to help more employers become aware of the UK\'s Disability Confident Scheme. Every week, we\'ve had specific topics that have covered-Adjustments at Interview-Golden rule for Accommodations-Improving your recruitment process-Inclusive Screening Interview Statement-Implementing DEI & Neurodiverse strategies -How to assess Disabled Candidates at interview-Identify Barriers to Attracting Disabled CandidatesAs for the results? Well-5 workshops-57 Attendees in total-22 Business registered for the Disability Confident Scheme -Positions include HR Directors, DEI Leads, Chief People OfficersBeing able to help businesses build an inclusive working environment has always been my dream. Thanks to LinkedIn and the power of networking, I can make this dream a reality.
