Moving software to new computers. Changing licenses from Desktop to Cloud- Conversion to new bundled package which includes 3 different Practice Management Software Programs for Massachusetts & 2 programs for Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Florida, Maine, South Carolina, Connecticut & Vermont.Results: Increased company Annual Revenue by 60% even though we lost 45% of Clients due to higher prices.
