My work as the Outbound Product Lead at O2E Brands is focused on ensuring our product launches are successful. I align the product vision with on-the-ground execution, guiding each launch from the initial pilot to the final MVP. To ensure continuous improvement, I collect feedback and a deeper understanding of the network\'s needs through methods like on-site visits to identify new opportunities. With a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo and prior experience at Deloitte shaping SaaS platforms like Supplier360, I bring a structured yet agile approach to problem-solving.
