At Forge, I serve as the Co-founder, I oversee day to day operations as well as our curriculum development, digital and data integration, AI infrastructure and technical innovations. My core role involves designing immersive learning experiences and driving digital transformation through bespoke training programs and software development. I also dedicate significant time to our research division, developing custom AI models, exploring emerging trends in the digital/data and leadership landscape, and creating engaging content that aligns with local business and wider industry needs. Additionally, I consult with businesses and our partners regularly to understand their pain points and facilitate people-focused transformation within the digital landscape. As a Runway Creative Partner, Adobe fellow and Apple-certified trainer, I continuously survey the technical landscape, implement meaningful changes, and champion educational practices that foster growth and innovation.
